KALMBACH makes use of automated, cold-chamber CNC die casting systems with liquid charging, featuring from 2,900 KN to 8,000 KN of clamping power, for castings weighing from 10 g to 8,500 g.


The integrated, combined annealing and metering kilns guarantee constant temperatures for the type 226 to 231 aluminum alloys used here. Shot-by-shot regulation means that highly demanding casting work can be carried out even in short and medium production runs.
