Depending on the casting process, the part geometry and the size, the components may be deburred using presses. At KALMBACH all metalworking is carried out at CNC machining centers or automatic drilling and tapping units.
Moreover, floating grinding units and blasting units using stainless steel corundum or glass beads make it possible to create surfaces to satisfy even unusual demands.
Blasted, ground and polished, the finished parts provide a superb basis for high-quality finishing using power coating, painting or electroplating.
